I had seen, and bought, the steering wheel badges that go over the Flying-H, and they never looked that good or stayed (I live in Florida, and the heat can make the 3M adhesive gooey and weak). Now that I own this, I'd recommend it over the others 100%, sooooo much better.

It took me about 3 minutes to delicately pry off the center badge with a flat-head screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers. You have to pull the Flying-H badge out of the steering wheel.

Once you have the old badge off, there are 4 raised sections that I applied strong adhesive to, peeled off the backing of the new 3D badge, pressed down for about 1 minute and then I peeled off the protective layer on the front.

The new badge sits more flush with the steering wheel/air bag, is well seated and looks like it is OEM. It has absolutely zero wiggle to it (the type of badges that you put over the old badge would always have a little movement to them when you pressed on them). It also looks a 1000 times better than the Flying-H.
