CSF's performance radiator for the 2010-2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8L features an all-aluminum design and construction, utilizing CSF’s intuitive B-tube core. Unlike a regular oval shape O-type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in a shape of a B. These B-type tubes are meticulously formed and then fused over the seam to seal. CSF technology is based on using lighter and thinner aircraft aluminum for enhanced cooling capabilities. This type of design is not only stronger than standard O-type welded tubes, but due to the inlet being located in the middle of the tube and brazed over, heat transfer capabilities have a 15% increase over standard tubes. This technology of utilizing 2 separate, smaller tubes equates to significantly greater efficiency when compared to a single larger tube that takes up the same surface space.
The tube construction is based on the highest quality aircraft-grade aluminum and intricately formed on a high-precision 6-stage forming mill. There are no other aftermarket radiator manufacturers using this same construction type/method. This technology sets an incredibly high standard for performance radiators with the absolute best performance possible. The fan brackets use a precise CNC welded process.
CSF believes in quality control as a #1 priority for their performance product line. Each radiator goes through a pressure test at rates up to 50% greather than standard testing used by other companies, and have proven to have 40% higher burst-strength. In addition to the highest performance quality control available, CSF's meticulous R&D process equates to 100% perfect fitment. In other words, the simple drop-in install requires no modification to the part or car.
